To be honest with you, I’m very shy when it comes to side cut out tops or dresses.  I think the main reason is that most tops I’ve seen have cut out patterns that are too high requiring me to go undergarment-free.  Maybe it’s a matter of finding the right self-adhesive bra and mastering the use of fashion tape, but for now, I have this peplum top to ease me into the world of cut out designs.  I greatly appreciate the subtle peek-a-boo shapes and sharp two tone back panel layout.  It’s sultry and demure all at the same time.
